Welcome to the LeonidasOnline website. This website is operated by DKO Trading Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to DKO Trading Ltd. By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

Ordering

Orders are accepted for delivery within the Republic of Ireland only.
We dispatch orders from Monday to Thursday and any orders placed from Thursday to Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday.

Packaging

All items will be wrapped in bubble wrap and enclosed in an outer box for protection.
A booklet containing chocolate information and a confirmation will also be included with all orders. Prices of products will not be displayed on the confirmation.

Deliveries

We use the services of DPD couriers who deliver Monday through Friday during usual business hours. Estimated delivery times is 1 - 5 working days after your order has been dispatched.
During busier periods (Christmas, Easter, etc) we may also use the services of An Post to deliver orders. All orders placed will be processed and dispatched as quickly as possible but delivery times will be determined by courier services operating over those periods.
Please note that delivery may be delayed due to severe weather conditions, strikes and in other extraordinary circumstances.
When providing us with a delivery address please complete all applicable fields during the checkout process. An Irish contact number, an e-mail and an Eircode are essential for timely delivery.
If we cannot deliver the parcel due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address or because the receiver is not available we will not be liable to refund or replace your order.
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking details will be e-mailed once an order has been dispatched and been collected by DPD couriers.
These details can be entered on the DPD website for delivery details and updates.

Returns

Leonidas products are not offered on a sale or return basis as they are a fresh product.
In the unfortunate event that you are not satisfied with a product or service, please contact us immediately. We will endeavour to ensure a satisfactory outcome of any complaint.
Products may only be returned when prior agreement has been made with us.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are electronic and are sent to the e-mail provided at checkout. This e-mail can then be forwarded to the recipient.
No physical gift card will be sent in the post.
Gift cards can be redeemed online on our website only.
Gift cards are valid for 5 years from date of purchase.

Security

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
