Where are Leonidas chocolates and products made?
All Leonidas chocolates and products are made in Belgium.

How long do Leonidas chocolates stay fresh?
We guarantee our chocolates for 30 days and all gift boxes are dispatched with a best before sticker placed on the bottom of the box. 

What is the best way to store Leonidas chocolates?
Leonidas chocolates should be stored at 15 - 18 degrees Celsius (room temperature) in a dry area which is free from odours, and far away from any heat sources such as sunlight.

Which allergens are present in Leonidas chocolates?

Are Leonidas chocolates suitable for vegetarians?
Yes, our chocolates are suitable for vegetarians.

Are Leonidas chocolates suitable for vegans?
No, our products are not suitable for vegans as they contain dairy ingredients.

Do Leonidas chocolates contain vegetable fat?
No, our chocolates do not contain any vegetable fat and are made with 100% cocoa butter.


Ordering Online

Do I need to create an account on your website to place an order?
No, you can checkout as a guest when placing an order on our website.

Will there be a confirmation included with my order?
Yes, we include a printed confirmation with all orders. Please note that prices of products are not displayed on the confirmation.

Can I include a gift note with my order?
Yes, gift notes can be added to orders by leaving a message in the 'Gift Note' field on the cart page.

Are your products gift wrapped?
Our products are dispatched as per image on each product page. Please note that wrapping paper and ribbon colours may be changed seasonally.


Leonidas Online Gift Cards

Will I be sent a physical Leonidas Online gift card in the post?
No, all our gift cards are electronic and will be sent to you by e-mail. This e-mail can then be forwarded to the recipient.

Can your gift cards be redeemed instore?
No, gift cards can only redeemed online on our website.

How do I redeem a Leonidas Online gift card?
When making a purchase on our website, a gift card can be redeemed by entering its unique 16 digit code at checkout. This code isn't case sensitive.

Can I place multiple orders using the same gift card?
A gift card holds a balance, which can be spent over more than one order. Gift card balances are applied to the total value of an order, which can include taxes and delivery.

Can more than one gift card be redeemed towards an order?
Yes, you can redeem more than one gift card during checkout.

How do I check the balance on my gift card?
Please contact us and we will be able to let you know the remaining balance on your gift card.

When do your gift cards expire?
All our gift cards are valid for 5 years from date of purchase.


Delivery and Returns

What are the delivery options for the Republic of Ireland?
We offer flat rate delivery of €4.30 on all orders. Spend over €50 in one transaction and receive free delivery on your order.

Do you deliver outside of the Republic of Ireland?
No, we do not deliver outside of the Republic of Ireland. Please visit if you are looking to send an order to an international address.

What companies do you use to deliver orders?
We use the services of GLS couriers to deliver orders. During busier periods (Christmas, Easter, etc) we may also use the services of An Post to deliver orders.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Once your order has been dispatched delivery takes 3-5 business days. Please note these times will be extended during busier periods (Christmas, Easter, etc).

How can I track the delivery of my order?
Once your order has been received by GLS couriers an e-mail with tracking details will be sent to the e-mail provided to us.

What if my order arrives damaged?
We strive to offer the very best service to ensure our customer are fully satisfied with our products and services. Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if items arrive damaged or are incorrect.
