Delivery

We deliver all across Ireland, ensuring your order reaches you no matter where you are. Whether you're in the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland, we offer reliable and affordable delivery straight to your door.

Delivery costs a flat rate of €4.56 within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Spend over €60 in one transaction and enjoy free delivery on your order.

We dispatch orders from Monday to Thursday. Any orders placed from Thursday to Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday.

We use the services of DPD couriers who deliver Monday through Friday during business hours. Estimated delivery times is 1-5 business days after your order has been dispatched. During busier periods (Christmas, Easter, etc) we may also use the services of An Post to deliver orders. All orders placed will be processed and dispatched as quickly as possible but delivery times will be determined by courier services operating over those periods.

Please note that delivery may be delayed due to severe weather conditions, strikes and in other extraordinary circumstances.

Tracking Details
Once your order has been received by DPD couriers an e-mail containing tracking details will be sent to the e-mail provided to us.

Delivery Address Guidelines
When providing us with a delivery address please complete all applicable fields during the checkout process. An Irish contact number, an e-mail and an Eircode are essential for timely delivery.

If we cannot deliver the parcel due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address or because the receiver is not available we will not be liable to refund or replace your order.

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Packaging
We take pride in making certain that each item ordered is delivered in excellent condition. All items will be wrapped in bubble wrap and enclosed in an outer box for protection. A booklet containing chocolate information and a confirmation will also be included with all orders. Prices of products will not be displayed on the confirmation.
