Meet the People Behind the Pralines

Behind the Leonidas range are Maîtres Chocolatiers Daniel Stallaert and Souad El Maslouhi, bringing together experience, creativity and a shared passion for chocolate.

Daniel Stallaert

Maître Chocolatier

Daniel’s passion for chocolate began in childhood. After training at CERIA in Brussels and gaining experience with renowned Belgian chocolate houses, he joined Leonidas, where he now creates refined flavour combinations and new pralines with a strong focus on quality and balance.

Souad El Maslouhi

Maître Chocolatier

Souad discovered her passion for chocolate during a visit to the Salon du Chocolat in Paris, inspiring a complete career change from IT. She went on to complete four years of training in pastry, ice cream, chocolate craftsmanship and baking before becoming a Maître Chocolatier.
