Delivery
We offer delivery within the Republic of Ireland only.
Flat rate delivery of €4.30 on all orders. Spend over €50 in one transaction and receive free delivery on your order.
We dispatch orders Monday to Thursday from our depot in Cork.
We use the services of GLS couriers who deliver Monday through Friday during business hours. Estimated delivery times is 3-5 business days after your order has been dispatched.
During busier periods (Christmas, Easter, etc) we may also use the services of An Post to deliver orders. All orders placed will be processed and dispatched as quickly as possible but delivery times will be determined by courier services operating over those periods.
Please note that delivery may be delayed due to severe weather conditions, strikes and in other extraordinary circumstances.
Tracking Details
Once your order has been received by GLS couriers an e-mail containing tracking details will be sent to the e-mail provided to us.
Delivery Address Guidelines
When providing us with a delivery address please complete all applicable fields during the checkout process. An Irish contact number, an e-mail and an Eircode are essential for timely delivery.
If we cannot deliver the parcel due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address or because the receiver is not available we will not be liable to refund or replace your order.
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Packaging
We take pride in making certain that each item ordered is delivered in excellent condition. All items will be wrapped in bubble wrap and enclosed in an outer box for protection. A booklet containing chocolate information and a confirmation will also be included with all orders. Prices of products will not be displayed on the confirmation.
Returns
Leonidas products are not offered on a sale or return basis as they are a fresh product. In the unfortunate event that you are not satisfied with a product or service, please contact us immediately. We will endeavour to ensure a satisfactory outcome of any complaint. Products may only be returned when prior agreement has been made with us.
